i don't know what taro is

i used to not be able to have many forms of diary. even now i can't have clarified butter. i didn't used to be able to have milk but i've... accustomed myself to homogenised milk since i started student living. i just don't have a variety of food available to me so i gotta adjust to what's available

there's plenty of things i point blank refuse to have tho. like i'd rather go hungry

Clarified butter is really similar to ghee, right?

Taro is... that purple root that permeates chinese cuisine, much to my annoyance.

And I’m super glad I didn’t get the typical asian lactose intolerance, though I credit my mom’s intense cravings for cheese when she was pregnant w me.

o-o The last time I had 100% rich, whole, cream...
was on my birthday cheese cake 3 years ago...
e_e;...that was such a baaaaad week for my insides.

I tried vegan ice cream once, so it doesn't have dairy, and it didn't affect me...

Oh yeh, I got me some lactaid enzyme pills. :] But they only work so much for me. <x} I can't have a whole lot of dairy regardless.
