And at times when they do the twitch thing with Amazon prime you can sometimes also get prime frames and such.

Amazon does own Twitch, but it's largely run as its own separate entity, with pretty distinct styles and business practices. It's certainly less tight of a relationship than, say, Google and YouTube.

eBay and Paypal split four years ago and their post-separation partnership contract is set to expire next year. It remains to be seen if Paypal trusts what's left of eBay enough to renew it.
