Hello friends, my phone is dead, I forgot to take my pills when I was visiting my sis so I haven't slept well in days, overall I'm suffering the consequences of my own actions as usual so this is a much less chipper thread than usual

I've managed on three a few times, but, like, manic episodes. so false energy and sense of indestructibility.
Also, trying to learn to do things left handed because my neck and right arm are in a nerve damage conflict. So far all I can take for the pain is ibuprofin, because pain meds are bad as per opioid crisis guidelines.
Wow, spell check thinks opioid isn't a real word. I don't blame it.
