A dremel is basically a mini drill/lathe so I expect it could make small holes with the right attachment.

And there we go. Looks like dremel could do it. Maybe easier than trying to use a big drill and a tiny bit.

good news on the mlp front...customer service actually got back to me. they wanted a few numbers from the box and doll, but they are sending me a new one. it might be the same one or it might be one from the same assortment the lady said. lol..but at least i don't have to pay for it xD i will still see if i can fix the rainbow dash i have though
