So what’s up!! So who writes poetry

I do sad 😢 stuff mainly. Anything else someone wants to talk about kinda just full of a bunch of jibber jabber

I used to write a lot of poetry when I was a teenager, but it's been a long time since then. I still do occasionally come up with some, but it feels more like song lyrics than poems, and I rarely write it down.

Before Trisphee started, I was running another forum, a fansite for Cartoon Network's FusionFall. (That site is ultimately how I was brought onto Trisphee's staff; one of the beta users was also on my site and reached out to me for help when Trisphee's original coder up and disappeared.)

We had a rap / poetry slam battle thread.

That was a lot of fun.

Sadly, I don't have it anymore; the webhost had a massive system failure and didn't keep backups (which sounds really bad, but it was crappy free low-end webhosting) and I didn't have a recent offsite backup of the database when it happened, so all I have left is some spotty memories of it.

He apparently decided he wasn't interested anymore and just stopped responding to emails.

It stopped being a thing YEARS ago. I was one of the bigger names in that community so I know the sordid details of what went down.

I really, really enjoy poetry especially when it's read aloud.
My favorite poems currently are "Us Two" by A. A. Milne, "There is a Lady Sweet and Kind" by Anonymous , and also "Halfway Down" by A. A. Milne

I read and write poetry. I used to have a book/journal full of poetry but alas it is lost, but luckily for me I typed it all up on pc so I still have them as backup.

Dear Ocean-fire
Why are you so cold, when the sky turns black, why are you so warm when the sky is burning like my skin. The beauty that u hold is worth every touch. My skin burning to ash as it's drifting away in your waves of fire, where did you go when the sky disappeared and there was nothing left to touch. Dear ,Ocean-fire.
