If you could be one of the old gods, which would you be and why?

Which old gods are you talking about? I think I'd go for something small, a household god of sorts like the Egyptian's Taweret maybe. I don't see myself as being mighty and powerful but more of daily nicety type. Though Taweret does have a pretty big role and some nasty artillery to go with it.
