I have work out DVD's that I do.
They all include cardio, strength training, etc etc.

I also run, and jog, do laps at the pool... I've been WANTING to Rollerblade... and I bike ride.

I PRETTY MUCH AM SUPER HUMAN.

My muscles don't like.. bulge like those bodybuilders, which is a GOOD THING. I don't think I'd ever be able to do that.

But usually, my routine goes like this:

I wake up. Have my coffee. Talk to Hermes. Go for laps [which range from 20-30]at the pool. Come home, do what I need to get done for the day, dinner, digestion, work out again. xD;

Today, I couldn't do my laps, because of the rain... so I did two in-home DVD workoutsm spanning 45 minutes a piece. And I did more than a few reps of each exercise, cause I'm a crazy bee-otch. :3

The former, I've been doing for maybe...eight? nine? months...since the Taskal event.

The latter...for quite a few years.

Well that doesn't matter. It's becuase the taskal one has been so thought out and because of suze's epic adapting powers that I've been even capable of being so aggressive in my Rping. just look at me in The Cat RP and the Disney-ish RP. They froze over. Q.Q
