Well, if there are two males they can't lay eggs? o.O

They didn't. That's sort of the point - these two males helped each other and other birds not of the same species, which is to my knowledge abnormal for them. Add in the local Murder of Crows, who act as bodyguards against the local Hawks and Merlins, and yeah...the birds here just need tools and thumbs to get the birdy stone age going. xD
