Wanderer
Name: Cabhan "Cuchulainn" Mactire
What Mythology are you from: Irish
What god are you blessed by: Morrighan
Age: 23
Powers:
Weapons: Gae Bolg, a collapsible glaive that he can also use in close-range (it collapses down to just the blade and a bit of the handle. Will looks something like this, although not as big), lots of throwing knives, two daggers stowed in his boots, and a length of relatively thin decorated chain that can be linked to Gae Bolg and his left armcuff.
Description/Appearance: A bit taller than average, not quite "lean". Has low-lying dark-gray wolf ears.

Sexuality: Unknown
Weakness/Strengths: Has a good sense of hearing and smell. Can go berserk while fighting, and will come to after the battle's over. Is decent at scaling walls/trees. Has a decent amount of stamina while fueled by adrenaline, but after this wears off, he's down for the count. Does not do well against anyone with a decent range (archers, mobs of spearmen, any sort of magic).
Personality: Can be a bit of a loner and prefers to fight by himself, but mostly because he's scared he'll accidentally hurt whoever tries to help him. Loves animals, especially crows, wolves, and dogs.
Biography if wanted: ((will come up with this later))
Extra information: He's mute.

"A dragon is a legendary creature, typically with serpentine or reptilian traits, that features in the myths of many cultures. There are two distinct cultural traditions of dragons: the European dragon, derived from European folk traditions and which is ultimately related to GREEK and Middle Eastern mythologies, and the Chinese dragon, with counterparts in Japan, Korea and other East Asian countries." dude, the greeks had already thought them extinct but in the farthest reaches and does not play a part in virtually any greek tales, what he was talking about were fossils, that is also how giants were 'discovered' as well as cyclopses

who wants to see what i just drew?

Wow that is a very large definition of dragons. The only thing in Greek mythology that I can recall for a giant serpent was a Hydra... That some times had wings and some times it didn't. Just depends on the legend I guess.

Ooooh I found it.

There were four types of dragon in ancient Greek mythology : the serpent Dracones, the marine Cetea, the fire-breathing Chimaera and the she-monster Dracaenae.

"According to a collection of books by Claudius Aelianus (Greek: Κλαύδιος Αιλιανός)[6] called On Animals, Ethiopia was inhabited by a species of dragon that hunted elephants. It could grow to a length of 180 feet and had a lifespan rivaling that of the most enduring of animals.[7]"

And here is a winged dragon myth for greek.

"DEMETER'S DRACONES A pair of winged dragons which drew the chariot of goddess Demeter. She gave them to the hero Triptolemos to carry him across the world spreading knowledge of agriculture."

Just so you know I'm fine with your dragon as long as it doesn't fight.

It depends on the legend though. And in greek mythology there was no flying serpents.

There was indeed giant ones. But the definition of dragon is to vague and if a chimaera can be classified as one then it is debatable.

'dragons' were snakes, that is what these things are, the only legit dragon comes from a story the greeks brought down with them from norse mythology

besides the dragon natsu has is clearly a bastardization of the european dragon, it is the 70's fantasy dragon XD
