There may be noise or nuisance ordinances too, but those tend to be city-level so I can't help point out specifics.

It's funny, I just looked that video up a couple days ago to fix the metadata on the copy of it on my hard drive.

I don't know if I have a video of that but I do have a video of me making bladabladablada noises at him. He realized we were filming him right after we started recording, so he stopped giggling for a while until I got his attention back.
