Because it's there to attract impulse purchases from people who weren't originally looking for that kind of thing. Somewhat annoying for people who ARE specifically looking for it (though it also exposes those people to products they weren't originally looking to buy), but it does drive more sales that way.

The Whole Foods in Minnesota that I would frequent would sell these bars of soap called "Good". And one day we were looking for it,

I saw my therapist today
And I'm feeling... weird

It was a really, really intense session.
It didn't hit me until a few minutes ago...

I'm kinda just feeling "off" I guess

I'm so sick of these random ass guys messaging me on Discord...
Like, I don't mind them messaging me, what I *DO* mind is that they all act the same...

I just HATE the two-faced assholes who message me and act like they really care and that they want to get to know me better...

But they're all fake. They're all 'nice guy' asshats and they only care about talking to me when they think I am naive and they think that I'll just magically fall for them like a damsel in distress...

And all they are doing is reinforcing my feeling that FWB is really the only man that actually cares about me. He's been consistent for months now, meanwhile, these assholes who try to 'help' me only last, what? A week?

I know I'm not worth having an actual, decent conversation with! I just wish they'd stop acting like they care when they don't!
