Ouchies! :c

Ah...I really should move the cat and get started on the hats...I don't know how long they will actually take.

I know a single crochet hat normally only takes me a few hours. Four, if I'm not trying to go fast? I'm not sure what that translates to in knitting/looming.

Deliver the arm unto me and I will gladly finish the quilt.

Well...it would have only taken me a few (approx. 3-4) hours if I hadn't had to start over a half dozen times and change the pattern at least twice.
But I finished it before work. Only to have it be too small. I should have used the larger loom like I was originally going to.

I'm frankly impressed. I can't even crochet or... do much of anything else creatively. The fact that you're able to even plan and carry out these things is wicked-cool to me.

I have given up on the hat and am planning to finish a fox with a scarf for the person instead..

Crocheting...I'm super lazy about actually reading up how to crochet properly, which is why I still can't figure out why my sleeves keep getting bigger x'D.

It's the same with knitting, and pretty much every single creative endeavor I do :x.

Keep getting bigger as you make them?
Or as they are worn?

Ah. I don't know too much about crochet, but if you're not counting your stitches properly as you work each row, you could be accidentally increasing. Or it could be uneven tension.
Those are the only things that I know of that it could be.

I'm not counting at all (not using a pattern x'D). There definitely is uneven tension though. The uneven tension is so uneven it increases by inches x'D!

Potir: oh gosh...I'm all for making stuff up, but that's a bit more free-form than I would go. O.O

Ari: Yeah! Fox! 8D
And if I can get one of my cats off my lap, I can get up and work on it!
Just need to make the legs then assemble it.

Hehe, I can't help but make stuff up because I don't know any stitch notation x'D. Plus it keeps me from getting bored. Messing up is fun. Sometimes.
