EDIT: The doll my grandmother made for me when I was a baby was... shall we say, anatomically correct. My mom thought this was weird. For that matter, once I got older, so did I.

I have a knitting pattern for that sort of thing. Thanks to Ravelry... but dunno why your grandmother made a fully equipped doll.

I've always wondered what birthday colors are. /:[ Never payed attention to colors during birthdays. I always assumed they were the same as Easter colors.

To be honest I always thought birthday colors are whatever colors the person whose birthday it is likes best. But I'm personally not a huge fan of the red-with-green Christmas combos either.
