IDEK what the reqs for Dry Dock are, but I have some mining stuff saved up (because I like aimlessly wandering across the Plains and the Vallis, just mining).

If you get the mining tool on Venus at fortuna from the rock guy you can purchase widgets for it to make it silent and have longer reach.
