Hmm, I am like that with some things.
I don't like spinach cold. If it is mixed in with some things and I don't really notice, I don't mind it cooked. Still don't eat it unless I don't know I am eating it.

I like spinach in omelettes, so long as it's cut up really well. I have a tendency to choke on spinach though :o
