Well, I can tell you why you're feeling sick to your stomach if that's really all you've been eating...
Rice and crackers both are chock-full of carbohydrates, which - while they provide a quick burst of energy, are generally meant to be eaten with other things. Also - too much stuff like rice, crackers, bread... that can make your stomach eat away at itself.
Try this next time you eat:
Have a nice warm [not hot] bowl of tomato soup, chicken broth, or beef broth. It should settle your stomach, as well as giving you a little boost of GOOD energy. And once you feel able to eat again, chow down on a veggie or two. I find steamed brocoli is good laden with cheese... Also, potatoes, but have them WITH something... *Trails off*
