nah, you just have to be very careful(if by hand) or really speedy(if by blender) haha, i gave up careful for a fast trigger finger and a careful eye hahahaha~ if it had a shelf life longer than a day i'd make it in large doses but at 5 bucks a carton for cream maybe not hahahaha
