As she watches Asche leave the tent, she felt a sudden jolt of pain in her arm, not knowing what happened, Demo healed basically the whole body. She observes her arm and looks to be nothing there.

Why is that everyone sleeps? She understands for 16 hours but not for the past 2 days straight. Echo wonders if they are in a coma or surrounded by the dead. There's nothing really much to do being bedridden, and no other patients are around wanting to socialize them.
