I think that's often why some things don't get diagnosed until after a certain age. But that's just things like personality disorders like BPD and such... At least, that's what I understood when I was in treatment as a teen.

I received a spam message on my facebook page...
It seemed almost like an actual person posting because it felt very personalized , but it made absolutely no sense.
I'm trying hard to convince myself that it was just spam, likely someone's page was hacked and they sent out these messages to people in hopes of getting them to click or react...

I'm trying so hard to tell myself it's not a personal message... no one is reading my thoughts or attempting to get information out of me. I'm trying hard to tell myself that it was just a random spam message...

But I'm feeling so terribly spooked right now, my stomach is turning and making em feel nauseous and I don't feel safe anymore.

But what to do? All I can do is keep trying to distract myself from it I guess and try to tell myself there's no hidden motives, there's no conspiracy against me...

I try telling myself this, but I have a hard hard time believing it.
