My medication(s) usually mess with my body's ability to regulate it's temperature which put me at a higher risk of having heat stroke...

So I used to get overly scared when I was in the sun for too long or if I couldn't get out of a dress or something quickly enough...

And the panic always made me heat up even faster :c

Strangely though, since I've moved to SoCal, I don't feel the heat as much as I did back in my home town. But I think it's because it's not humid here like it was there... it's just very dry
