I remember door-to-door Girl Scouts. :D

I never knew my neighbors well, but I knew their children. We all grew up together.
But I was the only ethnic child in my neighborhood and a lot of the adults were pretty racist...

So after we all started going into middle school, their parents didn't want me around much anymore, so I lost all the connections and the childhood friends I used to have...
