That makes sense!

Back when I used to live with my aunt, she would spend hours upon hours sewing every day.
After dinner, she'd go into her sewing room and sew... then it was my bedtime, and after that, she'd go back to sewing.

She wore a wrist brace for a long time.
But I don't think it made a difference because she would still sew all day.
