My aunt is a seamstress and she used to injure her hands a lot.
She had carpal tunnel too. (I still don't really know what that is)

But I saw how in pain she was often ;-;
I hope your hand heals quickly! I always feel like hand pain is one of the worst because of how often we use our hands!
