The wrinkles are smoothing out but it appears a water drop arrived from somewhere and left a watermark on the tissue so now I'm wondering how to hide that. Waiting for it to dry is the hardest part! I want to keep fiddling (especially since an edge is lifting) but I risk tearing the tissue paper.
I might make a tester out of one of my tiny canvases to see how the tissue handles watercolour paint.

Pssshhh...only weeks! Lol.
But seriously though. I don't do much real art, but I know it can take a lot of time to make. I'm lucky enough to work in a place that does have an artist in residence so I get to see art as it develops and I know that it can be a whole process and can even take many months. I had the honor to get to know our latest A.I.R. fairly well and I got to see the very paintings that are now in one of the galleries develop over the fall and winter and it was really amazing.
But now I'm getting all rambly.
XD
Basically tl;dr: I will wait as long as it takes! I want to see the art!
