when i was in high school, a friend invited me to play D&D. i came up with Trystan for my fighter, and only later i learned that Tristan was one of the Knights of the Round Table.

when i first signed online to AOL, and people would ask me about it, i'd say i was "more like" Isolde than Tristan! XD
