@Kad; what genres are those?
I used to think syfy was beyond me, but now I understand it better because I know a bit more about science now.

I read Hyperion and now am reading the sequel The Fall of Hyperion and if I'd tried it 2 years ago I would have read 10 pages and dumped it.

There are a lot of genres and authors I won't read mostly I don't read pulp fiction.
