I only use ibuprofen if the lower back pain is bad where I can't even sit, otherwise I'll deal with it. Telling myself it's just my body hating me. (I have bad paranoia if I think it's my ulcer coming back.) Thankfully I don't have it as bad as some women. I feel bad for the ones who suffer horribly every month.
