when i was in college, we went to a concert at a casino in Atlantic City. at some point in the day, we did some gambling at the quarter slots. i don't remember how much i spent or how much i really got, but i ended up with a bucket of quarters and was able to do my laundry for quite a while after that just with the quarters in the bucket.

in other news, i have a new record of words written in a day - i wrote 4,360 words, to end today at 40,040 words! i just hope i don't run out of story before i run out of words.....
