lurking is just reading the thread and maybe popping in once in a while. i've lurked in threads on forums before. stalking is what Coda does. he watched the thread, and then (somtimes) *pounces* in and resets the count. sometimes he's nice and just counts with us though, but it's still stalking. ;) (in a good way though.)
