No, no. She's definitely a zombie. There's no weakness to sunlight, garlic, religious icons, roses in any form, cold... uhh... inability to cross water, inability to enter uninvited... No lack of shadow, or reflection, or image on video/photos... No fangs, or otherwise altered teeth/claws. No ability to shapeshift, selective or otherwise. Injury to the heart (i believe) is not fatal. No reaction to silver. No impulses to count. Definitely no love of mustaches.

I could go on. The point is, vampires usually show at least one of these traits, otherwise it's a different kind of undead.
