Then goes out somewhere, doesn't have his book, so picks up a book to read while he's waiting and reads ... the first chapter.

Through the book he reads either 9 or 11 first chapters, and all of them except for one, I thought would make great books. I love Calvino's work and this is my second favorite book by him next to Cosmicomics.
