The first perfect square that includes all of the digits of its factor.
That is, 25. Its factor is 5, and 25 contains a 5.
2*2=4 doesn't contain a 2.
3*3=9 doesn't contain a 3.
4*4=16 doesn't contain a 4.
5*5=25 contains a 5, so we've found the answer.
6*6=36 contains a 6, so it would be valid but I asked for the first.
