That's awesome. :) I like using my mini-loaf pan with muffin mix. They turn out really well. OH, I don't know if your friend told you, but when using muffin/mini-loaf pans, make sure to put water in the empty cups or you'll burn your pan and it will start to stick. My grandma chewed me out the first time I used her muffin pan, lol. I would be interested in the recipe for the tuna patties! They sound yummy. *nod nod*

Update on le hubs: The one day downside is nixed. It's a 3 day assignment now, and he's making enough to cover the cost of the tools he had to buy for it. :D
