After what had happened with Thalion Mizuki had lost all his will. He did his training and his studies just like he had before. Only this time he fully put his mind to his work. He needed something, anything to keep his mind from straying to Thalion. Though that was a hard task to say the least. It was hard but it needed to be done.

As the days went on Mizuki began thinking about things. He half thought if he should merry this female. Mizuki sighed a little to himself as he stood in the room. It was the night of the ball and the day he supposed to bring the queen to the attention of the void contract. Though he was not sure if now after everything Thalion would object. That thought right there hurt his heart more then he could explain to even himself.

The entire day had been a blur. Everything was preparing for this or needing to do that. Half of the day was meerly him getting ready for the evening. The hair took the most time out of it all. Long strands in the front were braided into tiny braids then woven and weaved through two larger ongs that circled his head. These combined then fell down the back of his head where the rest of his hair hung loose, brushing the backs of his thighs.

Jewels of his house color pinned his hair in place. Golden hoops and studs of jewels and chains hung from his ears from tip to base. The skin still red from the newly placed holes. Royal robes dressed his chest. White silk was adorned with falling flowers that flows down along the bottom. Pants in the same fashion led down to softly cloth clad feet. He was a sight to see.

Sighing Mizuki moved from the desk before there was a knock at the door. The visitors was anything from nobles coming to the ball to other royal families. All of them coming to see the future king. It made Mizuki feel sick that even though no one knew his name or where he came from they all just praised him.

The first to see him was Niemi. The first time he had seen the female since thy got here and with how Mizuki was it felt as though she was just another stranger come to greet the king. He barely said anything to the female as she went on and asked him questions. He said a fair goodbye to her though as the guard came in to remove her "Goodbye Neimi..." He said lightly with a little bow of his head and he watched the sadness cross her face as she left.

From there more came and went and by the time the ball creeped closer he was expecting no one else. However he was wrong as a knock came to the door causing Mizuki to sigh deeply. He was sick of the meet and greet of these nobles. Mizuki was half tempted to tell them no more though something nagged at the back of his mind telling him one more. "Enter" He said moving and turning towards the door though as he did he stopped as his heart skipped a beat.

There stood Thalion. The male was clothed in the royal colors. Light reds and browns filled the outfit Thalion wore making the male stand out. Though the hair was still the same and for some reason Mizuki wouldnt have it any other way. As the male moved in and placed the larger box on the table Mizuki said nothing. What could he say in all reality? It was not until Thalion went to move that Mizuki knew he had to say something.

"Do you still love me?" Was the only thing he asked. After everything that had happened over the months he knew the strain was thick with them. Then after the last meeting a week and a half ago Mizuki had alot of dark things running through his mind. The one biggest question he had was the one he just asked. He wanted, No. Mizuki needed an answer to that question.
