Granted, but, since most Americans, such as myself, have no idea what you're talking about, they immediately get torn down and replaced with a McDonald's.

I wish Alpha realized that no matter what I exploded into, there was no real way to corrupt my wish. I was going to be set on fire and explode, after all. The only way to corrupt that would be to corrupt it in a good way, which is still a win-win for me.
