They got me my account back, but I haven't got any notice of a rollback...so I don't know if I'm supposed to ask for one or not? But I have all my stuff. They changed my email and password, but took nothing it seems.

Tell your friends to close everything before they start playing and once they log in, they can reopen. Certain website's ads have scripts running that are key loggers. Which is BS. That's the only way it could have happened minus Blizzard having weak protection.
