I live in Canada, here it's different.
No one really cares if you smoke, yeah it's still illegal, but the chance of you being arrested for it is unlikely. Unless you are a drug dealer, middle man, etc. Only that.

Quebec is the must laid back about it and will mostly likely be the first province to legalize it.
