Missing Aurum DI

I purchased the current aurum monthly earlier from Archaic Antiquities and the aurum has been put back into the account and the item is now missing. Is this a frequent error?

The shop logs say you bought one on Bum on the 26th and one on Ginger on the 28th(my time for both). Going to have to wait for Coda on this one sorry because I can't see your inventory logs.

While I've heard of trades occasionally flaking out, the shop code has been rock-solid since it was implemented and I have never heard of a failed purchase in over two years.

I confirm that inventories match the shop logs.

Alright I was just double-checking. I remember purchasing it I just couldn't remember which account it was on and my aurum count confused me. Thank you for the confirmation.
