Hello to all that might glance here my fellow Trisphee zombies. *giggles* So anyone read any of Laurel K Hamilton's books? I would love to get some thoughts from other people.

I read them, back when they were not just erotica for old women. XD
I really loved Asher and well I forget his name but the one that the Unseele Queen and Mary refer to as 'My darkness'

*pauses to think* Ummm... Ummm.... DOYLE!!! :D -giggles- Yeah now it's more erotica then anything. For me I just wanna read the part when merry had the twins and see what happens from there.

So she did get preggo before her cousin?
Who is the father and did that chalice ever come back into the storyline?

I read the first like, 10 Anita Blake books. Then I realized they had gotten terrible. Only the first few are any good. The Merry Gentry books at least never pretended to be anything but porn, but they're not great either.

But this book series is better then Twilight.... To me anyways. I just didn't like the way the story was written for it.

I honestly don't know if I could say Narcissus in Chains onward IS better... XD

Apparently Laurell K. Hamilton decided she's a great writer who doesn't need editors any more, and it shows.

Yeah.... It is getting a little weird now that she's not only human, but succubus, and lycanthrope. But not just one animal, but FIVE. Or is it six. I lost track. And don't forget Nimir ra, Lupa(for now), and Master of the city Vampire servant. Oh and Necromancer.

I'm reading the Anita Blake series slowly... I'm on The Lunatic Cafe after I read the rest of Mockingjay. Or I was thinking of reading an Anne Rice book first.

Lol I had to quit reading for a while cause I got busy with school. Lol but I know I'm past the Lunatic Cafe. Still a great series, but if they could lay off over loading Anita's powers, I would be happy.

That and I would like a new book for Meredith Gentry! T^T

XD I think she got tired of writing the Merry series since those books are rarer and require more research then simply vampires sex.

I started reading one of her's. I just bought several of them at a book sale. I enjoy her writing, but I stopped the one book after realizing that it wasn't the first in the Anita Blake series. >_<

Lmao I know what you mean. It was kinda confusing to figure out what was the first one without looking in the front cover or online.

i love the anita blake series, does she have any other series out? my friend got me into reading them.
