Necroing

I was reading through the rules, and I never actually saw how long a thread could be inactive before a new post would be considered necroing. Some sites are more lax than others, so I was just wondering what time period Trisphee ran on.

Sorry if that doesn't really make sense, I'm struggling to word my question in a way that's understandable. ^^;

The rules here aren't the strictest though some posts will be held to higher scrutiny than others. For instance, we would much rather you post in an old thread about a certain topic than create a whole new one. We want these posts to add to the conversation tho.

For example, lets say there's a thread about a game you love but it hasn't posted in for quite some time (lets say...over a month). There are bad posts and there are good posts.

Spam: This game is so cool!

Not Spam: This game was a lot of fun, I really liked it (add random discussion about story, chars etc).

Ah, I see. Thank you for clearing that up for me, Fenris. :)

It's really no problem. I know that not everyone understands this particular rule and I'd like to clear it up. Necroing isn't always bad, we just ask that you use a certain amount of discretion when doing so.
