So... I told my mom that my that my laptop battery died when my power brick pretty much exploded... so she told me that i need to look for a new one... i dont want something too expensive but decent. i saw a hp at bestbuy for $349 this one here

not sure if i should get that or if i can find anything better for the price (online its different price than in store).

This looks really good Hyjin I would buy it. I perfer desktops but for a laptop this is very nice I'm sure you can make good use of it.

i know... i it will be better for games, videos, and rendering programs i use... so i will be able to start making my xbox game commentaries

Looks like a nice laptop, I would definitely get it since it is a nice price and seems to be able to support programs you are gonna use.

Most people seem to think memory is the way to go when purchasing a new computer, but if you want a computer to be fast you need to go for something with a good processor speed. Anything with 2.7 GHz and higher is going to be an excellent choice, even if the computer has 250GB of internal memory. You can find external hard drives or upgrade the system memory yourself for cheap. It all depends what you need the computer for. $349 seems to be a fair price for that specific computer, though ASUS is at the top of my list. Good find on an HP though :) Good luck with your search!

i have checked asus but their stuff is too expensive. i have a external that i already use. when i was really looking for a pc with a graphics card that wasnt intel, something with over a 2.0ghz process and have at least 4 gb of ram or 6

Ginger is right you do need a good balance of both and memory is cheap you just have to know how to install it yourself and upgrade for me its no problem but for others its not and you have to also pay to get it installed memory is pretty easy tho just look it up on Youtube if you don't know how to install it. also on the other hand Processors are not easy to replace and would be better off buying a new computer if you don't have a good enough processor but over all I think that laptop is good but if you really want to keep upgrading and keeping your frame for a while go with a desktop

yeah i really need to get a laptop though... i have a good desktop but i need a new laptop for portability and my current one is going dead... the usb ports are starting to malfunction and the battery is dead so its not gonna hold up for another year...

Found one that wasnt expensive but not really powerful in graphics... sadly most of the powerful graphic ones had only a 1.65ghz processor... so i went with a laptop that had 2.1ghz, 320HD space, 4gb of ram (max is 8), and a 14" screen. for 329.99+tax
