Heyyy guys. I'm an illustration student so as expected, I draw sometimes. Okay, pretty frequently. I just don't post a lot of it here.

Just a little doodley thing I did of an OC. ($1 commissions for those interested!)

A little bit of artistic nudity ahead - live model sketches I did in the last six months or so.

I can see the illustration-student-ness. Looks pretty good. Ahaha...I can never draw concept art. Like...decent, simple concept art. My stuff always comes out overly-shaded and...bleh.

I have just the opposite problem as I'm sure you've noticed. xD Nothing is shaded or entirely finished save for a few pieces which I didn't post here...

My goals this summer include more finished pieces.

My goal this summer is to...get back to drawing girls >.> I've kind of lost that ability over the past year. Maybe start a webcomic.

I also need to do both of those things. The two sheets with lots of demon sketches are concepts for a webcomic, actually. :0 I'd post the link but it's so rarely updated, I'll hold off until I get back on schedule again.

Agh. I can never keep a steady schedule.

BELIEVE ME, it's really difficult. I'm not sure I have it in me to do it, either. D:

I know I need to attempt to doodle guys.. <..<; Been using Gimp to do my art.. -stares at the brand new tablet under the bed- Hoping to use that when I start my college course.

Have you guys ever tried using SAI?

Tablets are fun but kinda daunting at first. I'm still not great at freehanding with them, I prefer to trace over an underlying sketch I scanned in first. Makes it a little easier at least.

And actually all of the colored art (except the first one done in marker lol) I posted here was done in SAI! It's my favorite program I've used to date.

I'd use markers if I could get my hands on some Copics. -twitch-

I use SAI for lines and bucket-filling, and then PS for shading.

Len wants me to try Illustrator, though, so I might do that over the summer.

Copics are so pricey, but so nice. The first drawing I posted in color was done with Prismas... I have a set of Copics too but I am not sure if I have anything uploaded with those yet. :C

SAI is a miracle in program format. *w* I should consider Photoshop more for other things after linework, too.
