Prize items?

Just been wondering, the items that were meant to be made as a prize, when are they going to be made? Have they already been made? Been wondering for a while since I was meant to get one for something two events ago...

from what i gather it's by event, when your item is made you get it too

Oh, yeah, I know that much, just wanted to know when they would be made, although they may be pretty busy right now making more items for the upcoming event.
