Error on Bought Monthly Items
 

Okay, I just bought the new rune monthly item Burning Vigil using my mule... I input 7 (140 runes) in the textbox and submitted... but when i looked at my inventory, i have 14 of the item, my mule's rune all gone (280 runes) and in my purchase history, i have purchased the item two times with 140 runes... i only bought the item once and clicked once... is there any way to reverse this?... please help... thank you...

I'll be happy to reverse the transaction for you. Send me a trade with the items and I'll reimburse you the runes.
