Regarding Advertising
 

Can we have advertising banner in our siggy?

No:

Let me clear that up a bit. Off-site advertising no. If its your art shop on the forums, well then yes. But off-site is a definite no.

What if it was your personal website? Or like deviant art, still a no?

That's also a bit different that's advertising your art that is allowed. What we don't want is advertising for the sole purpose of joining a site.

Things that will be allowed
~On-site advertising (I.E. art shops an exchange a raffle any thread you have on the forum)
~Showing your art in sig, or your deviantart is fine.
~Personal website links is fine as long as it is merely a personal website. (This means that it is not linked for people to join a site, it is merely a link about you or your site.)

Things That will not be allowed
~Advertising other avatar sites (Discussing them in the game forums is allowed)
~Linking people to other sites for the sole purpose of them joining (this includes referral links on the forums or in PM's if you are found to be advertising through PM the repercussions will be just as severe for advertising on forums.)
