Those Japanese...
So I was hanging out with a friend today and her hubby was letting me listen to some of his music and then he showed me Hatsune Miku.. The 100% solid 3D hologram...

It's just so fascinating.
I've seen the second link before, but I never really knew what it was. I'm not much of a fan of the music, it's too high pitched for my taste, but the graphics are fantastic. I would have guessed it was projected onto a screen in the back or something. |

hehe I love vocaloids. I want to see Miku and the gang in concert I saw some vids before and I really want to see them.
My favorite Vocaloids are Luka, Rin, Len & Gakupo.. Oh and Neru who doesn't really have her own voice yet.. she's just there x3 She had her own voice in the PSP game "Hatsune Miku 2nd Diva Project" But yea, the Japanese are amazing and their tecnology rocks. |

The first time I looked up Hatsune Miku there was a little blurp about her in McClean's and it was shocking...Although once I got over the shock the music isn't half-bad.

I didn't even know that was possible. At first I though it was someone in an oversized costume, but then I realized that it really was a hologram! I hope one of these days we can have hologram calls and such. Makes it easier to see who called you if you miss them. Some people never leave their name lol, so a holo-call would be wicked. Those were actually adorable, I liked the videos.
