Dexter (Possible spoilers)
So I've finished everything that is out so far. What does everyone think of the way season 5 ended? Also, what do you think will happen in season 6? What do you WANT to happen in season 6?
I personally want to see Deb find out about Dexter. |
I'm in loooooove with the show. Unforunately, I don't have Showtime and had to watch them by some other means (I recently watched all 5 seasons in a row xD) so I hope to find some way to watch it as it airs again. D:
I reallyyyy want Deb to find out about Dexter, too. xD I'm not sure if I want Dexter to have another lady-friend to fall in love with, but if they do, I hope it's different. Lumen was wonderful, and I was sad to see her leave. D: |
I'm two episodes away from being done with season 4, and I'm so anxious to see it! John Lithgow plays a frighteningly good creepster. I think my aunt spoiled what happens with Rita, but I haven't seen how it goes down yet. >.<

I've been reading the books, and Deb finds out in the first one pretty much. I just feel so gut-grippingly certain that Dexter is going to be caught soon, and that makes me very very sad.

I wanna read the books, because I know they're gonna be almost completely different from the show. Showtime and HBO tends to rape book series to their liking.

Ya the end of season four was just devastating. And yes the book is suppperrr different.

It usually is. I got pissed at all of the differences between the Sookie Stackhouse books and True Blood, so it's hard for me to go from reading books to watching the television series based on them. I've never tried doing it in reverse though.

I normally don't like movies after reading books. However when I see a movie/show and then read the book, I feel more like I'm comparing on an equal footing. And in the case of Dexter, it's so different I feel like I'm reading/seeing two different things.

Ugh, I'm scared to watch the rest of season 5. The beginning was just... D= And every show that I love has had funerals and other such sadness in every season finale this year.
I just don't wanna get hurt again! ;-; |
