Maybe Guise of Demise? I forgot what it looked like, but I remember questing for cool items with a blue and silver theme back in the day. ^^

Ummmm depends. You want a ninja vibe to it? Cause we have ninja stuff and samurai stuff but not all blue and white.

item wise you might want to look for Kamishimo, Samurai O-yoroi, Lunae's Companion, Incogninja, Kaze no Kisetsu, Nianshe, Enfield Fragment, Holy Maiden, Bushido the Kid…. There are more but those are ones I could remember in my Invo.
