Two things I've noticed...
 
And I warn you, they're totally unrelated.
The first is in the Artist's Borough. The rules are titled "Artists Burough Rules". (I know, picky English nerd Dl) Fixed.

The second was in the shops. In Lavish Luxuries there's the "x color Blouse" and the Natural Brown one is mysteriously the female one in the thumbnail instead of the male one, and it has an [f] after the name. And when I saw it yesterday, I believe there was both the male and the female in there... o O Though I don't see that today so maybe someone already addressed that...?

I grabbed the first one, you'll have to wait for someone else to get the second one though.

That IS an odd little glitch (not the spelling one. xD) Hopefully it can get sorted out : )

when all the items were merged, the female one might have been used as the base rather than the male.
