Partial Currency?

I had made a couple posts since I'm new here, and I just noticed that there's a decimal system used for the currency that I currently have, and there's nothing worth partial currency (because only real money is silly like that) so I'm wondering if this some kind of computational error that's not supposed to happen, or is the algorithm used for earning currency created that way purposely? I just found it unusual so I figured I would ask.:p-glance:

Read that as 'palatial' and since I love palaces ...

Anyway, I saw an explanation that the owners of the site COULD have rounded it off but pennies add up, so why not give them to the users.
